Rates

Over the years, the Camp Weekend has been made possible with the support of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Mahone Bay.

In 2024, due to rising costs associated with the Camp rental, the previous practice of attendees making a “free will” donation of their choice ended. Instead, our Camp Weekend attendees paid a fixed per person rate, allowing us to completely cover the cost of food and rental of the Camp facility.

The rates for 2025 will remain the same and will be:

FULL WEEKEND (Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday)
ADULTS (Over 18) – $60 per person
YOUTH (6 to 18) – $40 per person
CHILDREN UNDER 5 & UNDER – Free

ONE NIGHT ONLY (Friday night + Saturday OR Saturday night + Sunday only)
ADULTS (Over 18) – $40 per person
YOUTH (6 to 18) – $20 per person
CHILDREN UNDER 5 & UNDER – Free

DAYTIMERS (Saturday daytime and/or Sunday daytime)
ADULTS (Over 18) – $20 per person per day
YOUTH (6 to 18) – $10 per person per day
CHILDREN UNDER 5 & UNDER – Free

Any additional donations over and above the per night rate will be welcome to assist in offsetting costs. The budget breakdown for costs for the year is available upon request. We are budgeting to break even based on 30 to 40 attendees.

If there is a surplus generated, that surplus will be held by St. John’s Lutheran Church and applied to the following year’s Camp Weekend. There was a small surplus in 2024.

If you wish to pay in advance, you can do so by Electronic Fund Transfer to stjohnsmahonebay@gmail.com. You can also pay one of the on-site organizers during the weekend.

Upon payment (including ETF) please indicate if you would like a tax receipt and, if so, please provide your mailing address.
